Does melasma and sun spots get worse for a few days after Picosure Focus? (Photo)

I had Picosure focus done 2 days ago. My skin was red at first, but now just a bit blotchy and the melasma and sin damage look darker. Is this normal? And when does it start to fade?

Answer: With many patients after Picosure treatments pigmented spots get darker and then it goes away within one to two weeks.
