I had Picosure focus done 2 days ago. My skin was red at first, but now just a bit blotchy and the melasma and sin damage look darker. Is this normal? And when does it start to fade?

Answer: PicoSure Yes you will see your pigmented areas turn darker after PicoSure. This will reverse in a week to 10 days plus or minus so do not worry. You have chosen and excellent therapy. My Best, Dr Commons
