Mini Facelift vs AccuTite for Malar Fat Pad? (Photo)

I have a larger malar fat pad on one side, and got buccal fat pads removed 15 years ago. I'm 35 now. I don't like the downtime, swelling from a facelift. Could AccuTite give me good results for this oversided Malar Pad?
