Advice on ND Yag for light freckles on fair skin, what treatment is best? (photos)

Hi, I'm doing ND yag for freckles. I live in Asia and the dermatologist is only experienced in Asian skin type. Therefore ideal settings for my skin type seem to be a bit of a guessing game for her. The settings are too weak and then in the last session caused some bleeding/light scarring. Taking into account my skin type, what would a dermatologist experienced in this kind of treatment on my skin type, recommend as far as settings for the nd yag in the 532nm and 1064nm wavelengths. Settings are impossible to give, but the end point should be mild frosting. Once this is achieved, the end point is done, and the lesion will fade. 2-3 sessions. Many ways to treat this including Pico, Nano lasers, Fraxel, IPL etc... settings will depend on the laser itself, but like I mentioned, its the clinical end point that will be best. For truely superficial lesions, the QSL wavelength is 532. All the best, Dr Davin Lim
