PRP  can decrease the amount of shedding, increase the speed of hair growth, increase the  hair shaft diameter and increase the density of the hair regrowth. The key factor in determining regrowth is how long the hair has been absent. Once the follicles are lost, they cannot be stimulated. Dandruff is an inflammatory process and does not aid regrowth and can  cause hair loss in certain individuals. Find a PRP expert. Ask to see photos.
