Hairs falling with black bulb, are those hairs related to mpb?

I suffered chronic telogen effluvium for 4 years. Last year I recovered from. From then my hair fall is normal. But now my hair is shedding with black bulb at the end. Whenever I run the fingers I could see 20 hairs falling. Are those hairs related to mpb??

One would need to see all your hairs in a standardized hair collection to answer that for you. Generally if a high proportion of hairs are less than 3 cm with only limited amounts of shedding only, the chance of this MPB goes up.  See your doctor to perform a 5 day or 60 second hair collection.

I can't tell what you are speaking about without seeing it. If you have male pattern balding you will have miniaturized hairs in the area that you are losing hair
