Cosmelan treatment procedure in India

Hi, I just had Cosmelan Treatment done at a clinic in Bangalore, India for 37000 INR, approx 550USD. But, I am very skeptical of the products used. After the doctor applied the mask, I was not given any products except sesderma hidroquin whitening gel. After many enquiries, I was given what is supposed to be Cosmelan2 but in a container that looks like Cosmelan1(I can see mask written on it and there is no number to identify if it's 1or2). Please let me know if the process is different in India.
