Skin tanned after Cosmelan and left upper lip very dark (Photo)

I did the Cosmelan Peel last month & 2nd peel. After 2nd peel, my upper lip was more had more scaling and was over exfoliated. 2 weeks after the second peel, I went for a 20min walk w/out thinking. My HIP came back (not as severe & skin tanned) -upper lip is my biggest concern. It looks grey.This was 2 wks ago,has since gotten lighter, but it was a problem b4 with my upper lip looking dark like you can see the root of the hair & darkness,I tweezed or threaded.
