Didn't wear compression garment after thigh liposuction. Now I have sagging skin. Would coolsculpting or a laser help? (Photo)

I had buttock implants last fall (2013) along with lipo to thighs. I got a life threatening infection that required hospitalization, etc.. I could no longer wear my compression garments because of risk of further infection to my wounds. Now, my thighs are so very flabby. I am not interested in a body lift. I have done radio frequency at least 20 sessions. Is there a laser that could possible help me? Or if I did coolscuplting and then wore a compression garment, would the skin reattach?

If cheap liposuction is what you seek, you can find it anywhere.  We have CHEAP liposuction in Nashville and I'm sure it's abundant in Los Angeles.  Finding GOOD liposuction is a profoundly different endeavor.

There is no safe way to alleviate fat under the abdominal musculature other than diet and exercise.  Genetic components come into play as well.

Thank you for submitting your questions and photo. I am sorry to hear you have a seroma after your procedure.  Your only 4 weeks after surgery.  Swelling after liposuction will last for many weeks after surgery. 80% of your final result will be seen in more like 3 months....

At a month after something as simple as a liposuction procedure I'm surprised you are having difficulty moving around.  You obviously need to check with your plastic surgeon, but I'm sure he/she will tell you to start stretching fairly aggressively to regain some Range of Motion....
