Will those white patches go back to normal? It has been three weeks. I had it done years ago and my legs were a little pinkish and got great results. This time around purple scabs formed then peeled after three weeks and I was left with this.

You should follow up with the clinic who administered your treatment so they can give you some creams and or treatments  to help minimize any scarring and discoloration.

This looks like perhaps you got hypopigmentation after a treatment.  I would ask what setting you were treated on and see if they matched your skin type. This can occur in darker skinned individuals.
