I can’t find anywhere on the internet an answer but if I pull my skin back like a pdo thread would, there is a ripple of extra skin behind my finger where I am pulling the skin back. When you do threads, does that extra skin flatten out? Where does it go?

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photo? Thread lifting only works for the top layer of skin, not the deeper tissue. You do not have enough loose skin for there to be a significant improvement. RF or Ultherapy might be better choices. See an experienced oculofacial survey....
