Recently I developed these lines on my upper cheeks. I’m 47 years old and would like to fix it. When I pull the skin in the corners of my eyes up these lines disappear. What procedure can fix it? Is pinch and tuck under the eyes would work? Thank you.

Age-related changes and descent in the supportive upper cheek fat pads below the skin are largely responsible for the loss of a smooth transition between the upper cheek and the under-eye regions and for the deepening of the smile lines--both of which are evident in the photos. It is also why pulling up near the corners of your eyes eliminates the problem, as it simulates the lift that was once provided by the more youthful fat pads. This is a very common problem seen practically daily in any active cosmetic dermatology practice. It can be quite easily addressed with typically immediate results via the proper injection of an appropriately rebust HA filler. Nice posted photos. You have a few issues: malar swelling/fat, tear trough, wrinkling orbitally. I recommend start with micro Botox for wrinkling and GA fillers to tear troughs to see if effectively imprived. As for malar swelling, try low dose KyBella.
