I have a tattoo on my breast that I wt removed. However being that I’m 4 months w my breast augmentation they want to use a Microneedling to remove my tattoo next to my nipple but not close to the sutures at all, is this OK? I figured it would be nice because I’m still numb all around there and the needle does not penetrate deep. Also I had the implants under the muscle. Is this safe?

I would not recommend microneedling in any case for tattoo removal.  It does not penetrate deeply into the dermis the way a laser would, and microneedling will not destroy any of the color or pigment.  Please see an experienced dermatologist that has a Q-switched laser, which is the proper laser to remove tattoos.  Best of luck!

I would recommend that you wait until you are not pregnant and then get you tattoo removed with a laser.  Microneedling is not a good way to remove a tattoo.
