It's difficult to say without the benefit of a formal evaluation. This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
Hello and thank you for your question. Facial asymmetry is a very common problem for everyone but some of us have it more obvious than others. In your case, I recommend you get fillers for more symmetrical look. Kind regards.
Hello and thank you for your question. There may be some dermal fillers that can target brow atrophy and temporal atrophy. Fillers can also help shape and contour areas for a more symmetrical look. They can be used alongside Botox should your provider determine it is a helpful combination. When using fillers or Botox, it is important to have an in-person consultation with a board-certified dermatologist or injection specialist that can create a personalized plan to meet your needs and accomplish natural results.
Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. There is no great method for making the tissue smaller, but it looks like you could place filler in the area of the shadow to mask the problem. See an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for detailed evaluation and guidance. Good luck!
Hello @Dynamic810233, thank you for your question. It is important to remember that we aren't completely equal on both sides; there are always some differences that may or may not be noticeable. It is wise to keep this in mind when setting expectations. You may develop a nonsurgical plan, which will bring about improvements in some aspects For more information and recommendations, consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS.
An easy way to make it symmetrical is to apply filler to the side of it. In the pictures I see it looks hollow compared to the other side. This may be described as temporal hollowing.I hope this was helpful.Kind regards, Dr. Galaz
Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photo, I note a an apparent soft tissue mass immediately adjacent to and above the left lateral brow. This is not an eyebrow muscle. This is a common location of a benign dermoid cyst, but the actual nature of this mass is unknown. I realize that I am not directly addressing your brow asymmetry, but it may be at least partially due to the added weight of the mass upon your brow.Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and removal of the mass with pathologic confirmation.Best wishes...
Hi, thank you for your question! I do not recommend receiving botox while pregnant. There is not enough data/studies out there to determine if this will harm the pregnancy.
Hello and thank you for your question. It is always best to see you face to face for a consult and examination however in this case botox will have little effect here- filler is the best way to add some support and erase the shadowing in the folds. I hope that helps answer your question. Always...
Hello @Kind955687, thank you for your question. As there is no interaction between Clenbuterol and botox, the effect of Botox is not affected. Botox's effects are localized. For more information and recommendations, it is prudent to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons....
