Broad band Light is a rejuvenation treatment that works to globally rejuvenate the skin and make it healthier, more even, less blotchy, less pigmented and less red. There is a skin tightening aspect to the BBL but it would be targeting the texture and perhaps smoothing out the "crepey" skin. The SkinTyte protocol with BBL can help stimulate collagen and tighten skin but I don’t believe by your description of how your skin hangs along with arm fat that this would be a good solution for you. Of course a consultation with an experienced provider would be most appropriate
