What is the average cost of axillary breast tissue removal?

I am looking to get my axillary breast tissue removed. I started puberty pretty young and my breasts grew at a super fast rate so I gained some breast tissue in my armpits. I have grown to embrace my chest size but the breast tissue in my armpit is irritating to me. It’s a big problem area for me and lowers my self esteem so I plan to get surgery to remove it soon. I’m 18 years old so I can’t just drop everything and get a surgery so I would like some info on how much I should save up.

Thanks so much for your question and photos!  From your photos, it is hard to see the wound, and I would recommend seeing your plastic surgeon for recommendations for wound care.  The area where you have the open wound is at the "T-junction", the area of most tension in the standard...
