Most patients who undergo a fat transfer to the buttock are in the age range of 20-40. There is no limit however you must be in good overall health and have medical clearance by your primary care physician if you are over 45. You must also have fairly good skin tone in order to have a good result with regard to the areas of liposuction. One of my patients was 72 years old. Overall medical health and suitability of the procedure for that patient is more important than age.I perform about 500 Brazilian buttlifts each year, and this
procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure. Find
a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of
Brazilian buttlifts each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's
website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can

There is no age limit for plastic surgery, it all depends on your current health condition and your lab tests.  
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

There is no specific age limit for a BBL. If you are healthy and have fat reserves then you can probably get a brazilian butt lift.

While the average patient having a BBL is young to middle age, there are some older patients also requesting the procedure. In my office the oldest patient having undergone the procedure is 69 years old. You can have the BBL, even if you are not young, as long as you are physically healthy and are a candidate for the procedure.
