How to treat loose post pregnancy stomach skin? Would microneedling tighten the skin completely or do I need a tummy tuck?

A cosmetic surgeon has recommended 3 treatments with the Infini RF to tighten the loose skin around my belly button. The same cosmetic surgeon has advised me that a tummy tuck won't fix me.
