I have had a scar removal surgery to improve the scars I was left with after a breast reduction + breast lift. The scar removal surgery took place in Nov/2021 (so I’m 9 months post op). I’m still wearing silicone patches + silicone gel. Also, applying SPF when getting sun. My dermatologist suggested doing an intense pulsed light treatment to get them lighter. What could I do?
