Reduced ROM and striations in arms 4 weeks post arm lipo, is this a concern?

Thank you for your question. I agree with my colleagues that you reduced mobility is likely due to a combination of swelling and disuse. I recommend you increase your physical activity as tolerated and consider consulting a physical therapist if you are unsatisfied with your progress. 
Regarding the striations, they may be normal post-procedural changes that will resolve with time. It is difficult to diagnose without images.

So I would recommend stretches and some ultrasound and manual lymphatic drainage to facilitate your recovery.

It's hard to judge what is going on without a photo. I would recommend you see your surgeon so he/she can examine you. If you are feeling sustained tightness or restriction of mobility, you may need short term physical therapy to help you throughout the recovery. Hope this helps.

What you're experiencing is disuse atrophy.  This is when your tissues become stiffened from too much rest.  You need to start using your arms more and it should resolve with time and activity.  Contact a Vaser specialist via Skype or FaceTime to discuss your case in further detail.

Healing after liposuction involves resolution of the swelling caused by the surgical "insult" which will initially distort appearance and will mask the surgical result. Although the majority of swelling will have resolved by the 8th week, it will take 6-12 months for all swelling to subside and for firmness / lumpiness to totally abate. 
I would recommend exercise of the tight areas when your surgeon feels it is safe to do so. This should resolve with time as well.
Express your concerns to your surgeon at your next visit.

Hi,  I have done many procedures to the upper extremities and yes there are some post-op issues,  but most are not significant to change your life style.  Remember that you will have some swelling and tightness to the area that was treated.  The tightness and swelling usually resolve within the first month or so.  You may have some irregular areas which will improve with some post massage.  You can also have some numbness and tingling to the treated area which can last for up to 6 months.  Overall Vaser Lipo is one of the best procedure to remove fat from your body,  but nothing comes without zero side effects or complications.
