I have been using Vaser almost exclusively for the last 10 years even though I have about 3 other Laser Lipo Machines.  Remember that Vaser is a great machine ,  but it does have it's limitations.  If you are obese or just have a lot of overlying skin this is not the procedure for you,  The best way to find out is to talk several physician's and ask them how many procedures they have done and what kind of results the would expect in your specific situation.  Most physicians will not want to do a procedure unless they believe that you will get a good or excellent result.  I rather be straight with a patient and tell them if they need a different procedure than have one unhappy patient that will tell everyone just what bad doc you are.  Don't be afraid to discuss the pros and cons of any procedure.  Remember even the best Harvard Docs have some type complication.  If they say they haven't they are either lying or just have done many procedures.

Every doctor has his or her preference in how they inject Botox.  Most physicians have the patient sitting comfortably with a minimal tilt to their neck.  The idea is to make sure that the patient is relaxed and the procedure can be done with minimal discomfort.  I strongly believe that patient's should fond a physician they trust and like his or her results and stick to that physician.  Shopping around for Botox at every corner may be cheaper,  but you will not get the same results from the physician who has been treating you on a regular basis.  

Botox is a great place to start and adding some filler around your eyes my reduce any hollow areas that you may have.  The trick is to not over correct around the eyes.  Also make sure your physician is using some type of cannula to inject the filler around the eyes since it is a lot safer.  I can tell just by your picture if you do have some hollow areas around your eyes,  but if you do adding a small amount of filler does make you look refreshed and rejuvenated.

Well fortunately with all the latest advances in esthetic medical procedures you have a lot to choose from.  The simplest of course is to start with some Botox around the eyes.  The rest are numerous and I would definitely consider a CO2 treatment around the eyes such as the Madonna Lift.  If you need some treatment for the hollowness around the eyes Bellafill with the use of a fine canal also works great.  If you just need some tightening a skin tightener such as the Ellman  Pelleve works great.  If you have a lot of extra skin a surgical Blepharoplasty may be an option also.  Just remember that every patient has a different set of needs and expectations,  and what would make one patient extremely happy may not please another patient.  So be sure to tell your physician exactly what you are looking for in a procedure and how aggressive you want to be with any type of treatment.

Every ones face is asymmetric,  that is no one has perfect symmetry to both sides of your face.  That is I guess why some people like to get just one sided pictures.  Any way as physicians we try to decrease the asymmetry that exist in patients.  That is true whether we do any Liposuction procedure, Tummy Tucks, Breast Augmentation or any filler.   Even a simple procedure such as Botox requires some attempt at correction of the patient asymmetry.  If a patient has more pronounced hollowed area in one cheek we inject more filler into the cheek.  If a patient has more pronounced fat on side of her or his love handles or abdomen the physician will try to adjust by removing more fat from the more pronounced ares.  Even a simple Blepharoplasty will require the physician to assess both eyelids and many time remove more skin from one side.  After all that if you see a major difference with one side versus the other talk to your physician and he may just opt to do a minor touch up on the area that has the most asymmetry.
