I had a BA 1 year 5 months ago and got 615xhp which turns out was to big and I have all sorts of problems requiring revision surgery but something that bothers me is that my nipples are now puffy. They were nice and small pre op and now they look big and puffy, is there a reason as to what this could be? I'm not tuberous, don't require a lift, not borderline so is it another problem due to the implants being to large? I attached before and afters of my nipples, there not hard in either.

Choosing the right size, shape and type of implant depends on any number of factors all of which require an in person exam. I would suggest that you "try out" both sizes to see which look you prefer. Best, Dr. Nazarian
