It’s only one tooth that is hurting at the moment and I noticed that my face on top of the affected tooth is mildly swollen. It wasn’t painful after a week post permanent veneers installation it only gave me pain coming to 3 weeks. Please help me what to do or what could have happen. Thanks. I have tried to mouth guard because at times I clench my teeth at night.

You should return to your dentist to have the teeth and veneers looked at. At this visit the contacts between the teeth will be checked to see if some minimizing of contacts is needed, to see if excess cement is stuck between the teeth and to check the bite forces on the teeth and veneers.
Most likely the veneers will stay the same shade but your focus on them will lessen. If you feel uncomfortable with the shade chosen, unfortunately, the only remedy is to have the removed and redone to a shade more suited to your liking.
