I want to get a nose job at some point but I'm not sure how to word my concerns. What should I ask for? (Photo)

Thank you for your question. When pursuing rhinoplasty, communication between the patient and surgeon is paramount to ensuring expectations are met. Based on the limited pictures you may benefit from straightening and deprojection of your nose, and refinement of your bulbous tip preferably with a Closed Technique to reshape and strengthen your nose while protecting its anatomy. Seek for an expert in these area as this is a challenging procedure and requires fine workmanship.

Your nose appears to be a bit wide in the bridge and tip. On profile, you have a pleasing nose-lip angle, but your tip and bridge stick out a bit far. The goal of rhinoplasty is to make the nose disappear, not to turn the centerpiece into a masterpiece. When you have a consultation with a surgeon, you should just tell him/her what it is you don't like about your nose - the words don't matter. A good surgeon will not just operate well, but will understand what you don't like, advise you on what can and perhaps cannot be corrected.
