Cellulaze vs Cellfina I have posted photos to determine which treatment is more relevant to me plus a few questions (photos)

Below are pics to get an idea of which treatment would be more relevant for my tyoe of cellulite. One patient mentioned little knots inder needle incision points. What would help this? cEllulaze,reports show nerve spasms. For a few months Anything to lesen or avoid it? Do you recommend Endermologie or lymph drainage beforehand or after procedure to clear the lymph nodes For better recovery?

Cellfina works very well for the dimples characteristic of cellulite. These are most commonly seen on the buttocks and upper thighs. The other areas shown would likely respond to liposuction with skin tightening. Obtain an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in these modalities for an examination and detailed discussion of treatment options.

Cellfina, Cellulaze, liposuction, fat grafting , thermismooth, velashape 3 and other treatmentsYou have a difficult problem that IMO will require multiple surgical and non surgical treatments to get the best result.  I personally feel that cellulaze is expensive, invasive , tedious and there are better ways to get you some good results.

Cellfina is an FDA approved minimally invasive procedure that reduces the appearance of cellulite for at least two years on the buttocks and back of the thighs of women.It works by releasing the internal bands that cause the cellulite dimpling and so we have not seen any fat atrophy. You should not see much of a difference with weight gain or loss but this also has not been studied.  Other areas of the body with dimpling, it is important to make sure it is truly cellulite before treatment.It is common to have swelling bruising and firmness after the procedure. This can last for a few weeks.It is different than Cellulaze which is a laser. If you have had previous poor results with cellulaze, you can still do Cellfina.Cellfina has shown 100% noticeable improvement and 96% satisfaction in all patients at 2 years. Cellfina is designed to be a one time procedure. Cellfina works great for Cellulite that is dimpled.  Body contouring with liposuction can improve many of the areas shown in your photos.  The quality and the skin and the tightness of the skin will contribute to the quality of the results.
