Worried about my smile after getting Volifil injections. Will the effect go away? Is there anything I can do? (Photo)

Volifil is a hyaluronic acd based filler which would fill in lines, add volume to lips etc but does not have effects on neuromuscular control like a botulinum toxin. The effects you are describing are most likely neurotoxin related and if so, will subside in about 3 months. Best to clear up any misunderstandings with your Injector.

Thank you for providing some great assessment photos! It appears your smile changes may be a result of a neuromodulator. It appears from this picture that your smile is impeded from fully elevating and would likely be a result of too much neuromodulator injected either at the sides of your nose, or possibly on your nose for bunny lines. Fortunately, this will eventually wear off. I would also like to see your chin appear narrow or feminine, similarly to the 1st picture you provided, which I assume is your before picture.

Great posted photos demonstrating poorly injected neuro modulator. The new product has some issues of spreading into surrounding tissues more than Botox/Dysport. Botox usually best! Now you will have to allow the effect t wear off over next few months. Sorry. Call the injecting MD to inform of this complication, asap.
