Had lots of pain on right side near incision site, felt pain in ribs. Always had visible ribs. Scar is more visible. Advice?

Had lots of pain on right side near incision site, felt pain in ribs.Would come & go throughout the day, last a few minutes & then my back on that same side would start to hurt. Got breathless sometimes just standing or when just walking a short distance easily fatigued. Those symptoms have improved but on right side have noticed that my incision is more visible, and ribs are not visible, I can feel noticeable difference too when holding both sides. 245cc -Left & 265cc right (problem side).
