Mole removal done 6 months ago and now have indented scar with mole growing back, what can be done? (photos)

I had shave removal done on a mole on my face and it was about the size of a pea. I now have a scar and a little bit of an indent with the mole growing back in the center. It looks disgusting. What can be done to fix the issue?
