Hi, thanks for your question. In general, you will get more volume to the buttocks because adding fat to shape it will also add volume. That being said, fat can be placed in the areas where you would like more roundness. This can be placed more out to the sides, more on top, or more centrally. Also, liposuction above the buttocks and around the lower back will also help shape the backside.
