Hi! I have acne scars from a recent breakout a few months ago that I really want to start addressing. I met with a cosmetic dermatologist who recommended VBeam and RF Microneedling, but after research I think subcision might be a good start (he didn't recommend - said lasers will work the best). I'm hoping to get a few other recommendations. I am located in Austin, Texas.

I would definitely try to get better control of the acne outbreaks prior to addressing the scarring and allow a longer period of maturation of the scars prior to implementing an invasive procedure such as subcision. The two mentioned modalities that have been suggested to you definitely have a role and should improve your cosmetic appearance.
