Should I get subcision, Bellafil or PDO threads or a combination of procedures to chemical burn scar on chin? (photos)

I have had fraxel laser, restylane and bellafil used on this scar on my chin and it won't completely go away. I am in my late 30s and 5'7" and am at 168lbs. The scar came from a chemical burn and may be tethered down. I would like it to be raised up and smooth. Should I have a subcision, bellafil, pdo threading or a combination of procedures?

Subcision, which I have been performing for twenty-eight years,  works well for elevating & smoothing all kinds of indentations and scars.  Subcision can be performed with or  without the addition of filler.  Permanent fillers, like Bellafil, risk the problem of developing permanent adverse reactions, which are very, very difficult to treat and may occur immediately following treatment or even five, ten or twenty years later. I gave up threadlifts several years ago, since the results did not last as long as hoped for, and there is an unusually elevated chance of adverse reactions, such as infection, skin dimpling, and even spitting out of the threads over time.
