I’ve had 90 units of dysport placed in between my eyebrows for my 11s and there is still movement and I can see some faint lines. I’ve had 3 micro needling sessions done and thinking of going back for one more but I’m feeling so defeated. Idk what else to tdy
Answer: Dysport Hi, Looking at your photos it looks like the Dysport is working. there is significant reduction in the muscle movement. You are taking the correct steps in reducing the appearance of these lines. I would stick with neurotoxin (Dysport) is great, make sure you are getting treatment every 3-4 months. Continue with microneedling and possibly add some laser resurfacing. Over time these lines will fade. We need to remember we have had many years to make them, they will not go away easily.

Answer: Dysport I don't know how far from the injection is your second picture but Dysport does not work right away and may take a few weeks to have full effect, just like Botox. However, it could also be because of technical error and not injecting Dysport in the right places, in the muscle. So I wouldn't blame Dysport for lack of result but on the accurate number of units, time for the full action or technical error.

Answer: Dysport If you are still having movement and it has been two weeks since your treatment you may need to return for a touch up. You can also consider adding Morpheus8 treatments which improves skin tone and texture.

Answer: Consider Neuromodulators For Dynamic Wrinkles; Fillers For Static Wrinkles There are two components to most facial wrinkles; the dynamic component, i.e. the movement of the muscles below the skin that lead to scrunching and pleating of the skin above and a static component, i.e. the creases etched into the skin after years of repeated movement of the muscles of facial expression. To address this, a neuromodulator, such as Dysport, Botox or Xeomin, when injected properly, can quiet the underlying muscle--i.e. address the underlying cause of the wrinkles (in this case the eleven lines) and following that an appropriate filler can be used to elevate and smooth the creases that have been etched in after years of daily muscular movement. Microneedling is best reserved for treated very superficial, surface textural irregularities. It is unlikely to do much for heavily etched-in eleven lines. You would be wise to make sure to consult with an experienced board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector. Hope this helps and best of luck.
