Which treatment option should I do for my open bite? (photos)

The recommendation to treat your case with the use of TADs was suggested because this is possibly one way to correct the problem.  Research has shown that the combined treatment of braces and TADs is quite effective when closing a skeletal open bite.  If you consult with several orthodontists, you may receive several different treatment plans.  This does not necessarily mean that one plan is right or wrong, but instead reflects on that particular doctor's treatment preference, level of comfort using certain appliances or techniques, and skill level.  Due to the high incidence of relapse with open bites, it is best to explore all options with your orthodontist and possibly the therapist if a tongue habit exists. 

You may want to consider FastBraces or Invisalign. Both good options with Invisalign taking a bit longer with the time to treat your teeth. Find a qualified dentist in the area who has experience in both types of treatment. Good luck.

From the photo our submitted, it appears that you do not have a severe open bite case and definitely do not need any surgery to correct it. I disagree on the need of tads in this case. You are a good candidate for braces or invisalign and with proper treatment plan and mechanics, the open bite should be closed in no time. I suggest upper and lower permanent retainers after closure. The issue with open bites, they can open again in the future. Your case is mild and not severe.
