Is there a way to recycle old Invisalign or make cheap retainers or anything possible to help?????

Invisalign certainly takes commitment and can be a challenge at times I agree. Unfortunately you have probably had so much relapse that you'll have to start over, however, if you were an invisalign full case (more than 14 aligners) there may be a cheaper option. If your treatment ended within 5 years ago there's a possibility that you can request an invisalign provider (dentist/orthodontist) to reopen your case for a service fee. This should cost considerably less, as your dentist won't incur a start up fee as in had already been paid in your first round of treatment. You can also request to view your treatment on a clincheck 'animation' and perhaps have it customized with different attachments/buttons on your teeth. Good luck, it'll be worth it! 

Unfortunately, you would need to restart a new invisalign case.  Once your teeth move,  the trays no longer fit and you have to start from scratch.  You have to have new molds made of you teeth , the trays cannot be made to fit the way you currently are
