Nose change after turbinate reduction?

Dr cauterised my turbinates and shrunk with no rhinoplasty. My nose now is very thin below nasal bone and tip ptosis. Is this likely from the turbinate reduced on the side of nose or from him pulled my nose? Can the nose sbe pulled down odd bone?septum? Thanks.
