Atrophic dent - would a fat transfer correct this? (Photos)
Had augmentation done in 2021. Got CC on the left so we did z revision and swapped it over, yet waa left either a huge dent in the cleavage area. My board certified PS is amazing and is trying their best. 1: month later we did fat grafting 3 times. It didnt work because to me the grafts were too small per time the fat dissolves almost immediately. Several friends have had overfill and years later looks great on them still. Anyway waited another 12 months and checked with ultrasounds all good, pocket needs tightening we do that 9 months ago and is 59% better. Honestly a nice blob of fat graft would be best for me I think going under again could cause more scarring and the longer I leave it as it looks atrophic is kinda stretching, I have no breast tissue left , my instinct tells me to fill it and be happy with that. I have had implants before so I know the drill pretty well. Do you think fat transfer is the go? Much appreciate the advice thank you.
