I got my braces off a few days ago and my two front teeth are still noticeably protruding. This means that the mold that was made, the one the retainers will be based off, also has buck teeth. If the retainers are fitted to this mold, will they still correct my buck teeth? Or will they just follow how the teeth were when removed?

If a crown can come off during a dental impression, there is a problem and it is a GOOD thing to get it removed (it means it is leaking/decaying underneath). The cement or bond SHOULD be strong enough to eat sticky food AND take dental impressions.
