Which type of resurfacing on face, neck & chest will remove the wrinkles, shrink my pores and tighten my skin and give my skin a new glowing look? I'm really not in love with the invasive laser procedure but if that is what I have to do, so be it. What about the Erbium Laser Treatment? Wrinkles around my lips are terrible, I can't use a lip liner without it bleeding into the skin above my lips. Any recommendations for a Great doctor from Ponte Vedra Florida to Sanford to Port Orange Florida?

There are hundreds of types of lasers which do resurfacing and there are hundreds of types of chemicals used which can do the same thing. There are also hundreds of physicians, physician assistants, and estheticians who offer various resurfacing techniques and who will gladly take your money. I believe that chemical peels offer superior results to laser peels with less risks but I also believe that the skill and experience of the person doing the resurfacing is more important than the modality which is used. Answer: LaseMD to help shrink large pores paired with Clear & brilliant Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.
