Do I need a revision? When I stand it looks like lots of skin folded in the hole. Can this be corrected? (photos)

I had a tummy tuck in June 2022. My belly button is big. I remember in the early stages of healing, I felt like stitches popped in my belly button followed by a need to stretch my legs out to relieve spasms in my belly button area. Anyway, I am now 8 months PO and I am not happy with the look of it. When I lay flat it just stretches out and doesn't hold shape. When I stand it looks like lots of skin folded in the hole. Can this be corrected?
