Non surgical nose job - Restylane not lasting more than 5 months. Are there any other options such as fat transfer?

I had nose tip injected with restlane that lasted almost 2 years Each injections. The last 4 years, the injections last only 5 months. Is this due to doctor not giving me the amount used in the past. Doni have any rights as to getting whay i paid for? Is there another option like fat injection?
