A series of superficial peels may be helpful for fading the PIH, especially if accompanied by the regular use of at-home, prescription topical bleaching creams. You would be wise to make sure to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and be weary of venues hawking their expensive, supposedly "next big thing" device. Best of luck.
