I did Infini RF 3x times last year. Would doing it for another set of 3 treatments do any good? (Photo)

The original 3 made some difference but I still have a fair amount of scarring left. I also have brown/black sunspots/freckles I want removed. Also, I have deep chicken pox scars on my nose that haven’t made any improvement. I didn’t do PRP with Infini but I’m open to trying it if I helps. I als still have PIH I want to remove as well as wrinkles.

Faddish, in one year and out the next,  relatively expensive"bells and whistles" energy-based devices, like RF devices and PRP simply do not have the track record of decades of use to back up the often inflated marketing hype that heavily promotes them. On the other hand, there simple, relatively inexpensive techniques, such as Field Subcision and individual subcisions, that have a several decades long track record for safety and efficacy in all skin types for elevating and smoothing all kinds of indented acne and chicken pox scars.  A series of superficial peels may be helpful for fading the PIH, especially if accompanied by the regular use of at-home, prescription topical bleaching creams. You would be wise to make sure to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and be weary of venues hawking their expensive, supposedly "next big thing" device. Best of luck.
