Is it okay to do microneedling RF (Infini RF) over lumps from subcision?

I have been getting subcision for pitted acne scars over the last 4 months. I have read that it is normal to have hard lumps post subcision which I do have. The last few nights I've been massaging them and they've gone down, however there is still slight tenderness where the lumps have been. I want to get Microneedling RF (Infini) to further help with the acne scars. Is it okay to have Infini if you have post subcision lumps/tenderness?

Thank you for your question. The Infini is a very good device to treat acne scarring. I use it commonly in conjunction with fillers and lasers. It should have no deleterious effects on your filler. I would highly suggest you seek a consultation to discuss this device.

Thank you for your question. The problem you described is not something I see in my practice. If this would occur, improper technique or settings could be the reason. Please search out a qualified doctor who performs Rf frequently.

After using Infini for about 7 years, I can honestly say that I haven't seen any consistent lifting from the Infini in the eyelid area. I have seen tightening of the skin around the eye, if that's what you want, but no brow lifting.
