Infini RF or Halo Laser Treatment?

Trying to decide between the two treatments for acne scar removal and got quoted for both. Halo is more expensive and one of the doctors I asked said it goes deeper than Infini but everything I see online says the opposite, which is my biggest question. Also, have a brown skin tone so wondering if I would have any hyperpigmentation issues with the Infini and which treatment would be best in my case to get rid of the scars.

You didn't specify what kinds of acne scars you have, but subcision, for elevating and smoothing boxcar and rolling scars is a relatively inexpensive technique that has a nearly three decades long track record of efficacy and safety in all skin types.  TCA CROSS, for treating ice pick scars is likewise a relatively inexpensive with more than twenty years of safety and efficacy in all skin types. None of the flashy gadgets out there can say the same. And, think about it, if each of these devices were truly the "next big thing" to come along, why would one need to develop the next big thing seemingly the following day. The truth is that the hard science to back up these energy-based devices lags woefully behind the marketing to promote them.
