Hard golf ball sized lump in hip after SculpSure 5 years ago - am I looking at surgery?

I had sculpsure on my hip in 2019. Great results except I still have a hard lump, that’s tender to touch. It’s about the size of a golf ball. It’s been 5 years and not showing any signs of resolving. Am I looking at surgery to correct this?
