My face was badly burned from RF Micro. Could Tretinoin contribute to the burns? I discontinued use 48 hrs prior (Photo)

Can Tretinoin increase the risk of burns from RF Microneedling? I had RFM several times. I’ve never been so badly burned as this last procedure. I discontinued Tretinoin 48 hrs prior to the treatment Wondering if the burn were caused by not discontinuing sooner or if the machine was off-label, Chinese sourced (Groupon). Thank you!

There is not an exact answer to the amount of time to wait after Sculptra and Juvederm treatment before having RF micro needling. Different physicians may have different opinions about this. In general, Sculptra and Juvederm are normally injected in a deeper layer than micro needling would...
