Is surgical removal of ArteFill an option for me? (photos)

BOTCHED 10 YEARS AGO 2014 had tear troughs done.I immediately saw problems and was told ..give it time. As the years passed the artefil was more prominent. 2019, I attempted to have it dissolved and this created a new issue...crepe loose skin. I did CO2 in 2021 and this made a huge difference but 3 years later the effects are wearing off. I have consulted 2 PS, one recommended lower bleph with thermi, other PS wants to do CO2 again. I am 53
