I have broken capillaries on the sides of my nose. They bother me and sometimes itch. I have had laser treatments but nothing seems to help. Any recommendations as to a specific treatment I should seek? Thank you!

Thank you for your question and pictures. Not likely that it is associated with an intracranial lesion but if it makes you feel better, there is no harm in getting one - you can pay out of ocket for the MRI and get it done next week. Another reason to get the MRI would be for your headaches...
Tranexamic acid is called an antifibrinologic agent and is used to decrease bleeding particularly in trauma patients. Since it can decrease bleeding, it potentially also carries the risk of increasing clotting. I would not recommend taking this while having sclerotherapy.
Thank you for your question. It is not clear if they are in the scrotum or on the skin surface.Nevertheless, make an appointment to see a urologist. They can do an exam, transilluminate with light and perhaps do an ultrasound to help make a diagnosis.Best
