I hate my neck angle and how it appears that my chin runs directly into my neck, what are my options for adding more definition and getting the chin and neck angle closer to 90 degrees? My desired result is pictured where i am manually tightening the skin. I don't feel that just a chin implant would correct this? I think it'd be the same blunt neck angle with just a more defined and larger chin? Am i wrong? Is my desired result not achievable?
