Can I sleep on my face after a Vi Peel?

Question

I toss and turn a lot when I sleep and I am scared that I will turn over and sleep on the side of my face into the pillow after I get the VI Peel. Will this cause imflammation and possible burning?

thank you for your question. even if the peel is applied later in the day, the peel should still be washed off after 4 to 6 hours.

You typically do not sleep with the VI peel still on your face. It is usually taken off about 4 hours application, though can be taken off after a bit longer. After gently taking it off, you can use a moisturizer to the face to help with peeling and should be fine to sleep normally.
