Should you eat with an essix appliance? I always tell them not to eat with it. I also discuss that I know they will eat with it in public or when they are out with friends. I just want them to be aware of it and make good choices. They can and will break if abused. Usually they are pretty resilient.Just be aware of what it is,( a temporary) and why it is there and make appropriate choice if you decide to eat with it.
