I am on day 3 of my chemical peel. My face is tight, hard and itchy. It is 39* and windy outside. Can I use Jojoba oil or Vaseline on my face?

It is NEVER advised to treat yourself at home. It appears you may be having an allergic reaction to the product you used. I would recommend you see your primary health provider for a antihistamine and topical steroid. In the future, please always seek the professional advice from a board...
